We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the information below carefully.

How To Request a Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be submitted:

  • By email to orders@lafuhqe.com
  • Or by calling our customer support line

Your request must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel the order

Important: Cancellation Requests Are Not Guaranteed

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order will be canceled.

Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee that your request will be received or reviewed before processing begins.

What Does “Processing” Mean?

Processing refers to the stage where your order has been:

  • Sent to our fulfillment system
  • Picked and packed by warehouse staff
  • Prepared for shipment
  • Assigned a shipping label

Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.

Orders That Have Already Been Processed

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

At that stage, the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Restocking Fee

Approved cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee, as outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

What If I Don’t Agree With the Cancellation Terms?

If you do not agree with the applicable cancellation terms or fees, your order will continue to process and ship as normal.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order.

The faster we receive your request, the higher the likelihood we can review it before processing begins.
