subscription policy
monthly
we offer subscription plans for you to enjoy your favourite products every month without the hassle of reordering manually. your monthly subscription for lafuhqe products will start when lafuhqe confirms your payment and will continue for a periods of 28 days. when you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your lafuhqe account. at the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 28 days at then-current pricing. if you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may uncheck the auto-renew box in your lafuhqe account prior to the end of your current subscription term. to make changes to, cancel or pause your subscription, it is your responsibility to log into your account and make the necessary modifications prior to the renewal date.
multi month
your multi-month subscriptions for lafuhqe products will start when lafuhqe confirms your payment and will continue for the subscription term you select (2, 3, or 4 months). multi-month subscriptions, whether purchased from the lafuhqe website or lafuhqe distribution channel partners, are paid in full in advance. at the end of the subscription period, lafuhqe will sign you up and bill you for an additional multi-month subscription equal to your original term at then-current pricing. if you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may uncheck the auto-renew box in your lafuhqe account prior to the end of your current subscription term.
annual
your annual subscription for lafuhqe will start when lafuhqe confirms your payment and will continue for a period of one year. annual subscriptions purchased on the lafuhqe website are either billed monthly in twelve equal payments or annually at the beginning of the subscription. annual subscriptions purchased from lafuhqe distribution channel partners are paid in full in advance. when you purchase an annual subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your lafuhqe account. at the end of the annual subscription period, lafuhqe will sign you up and bill you for an additional subscription term of one year at then-current pricing. if you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may uncheck the auto-renew box in your lafuhqe account prior to the end of your current subscription term.
upgrades
certain lafuhqe subscription products are eligible for upgrades. your upgrade plan starts when your payment for a qualifying lafuhqe product has been confirmed and will continue for the term selected. when you purchase a product that qualifies for an upgrade plan or you purchase an upgrade plan renewal, auto-renewal of your upgrade plan is automatically selected in your account. at the end of the upgrade plan period, lafuhqe will sign you up and bill you for an additional upgrade plan term at then-current pricing. if you do not wish your upgrade plan to auto-renew, you may uncheck the auto-renew box in your lafuhqe account prior to the end of your current upgrade plan term.
general terms
subscriptions and upgrade plans are non-refundable and non-returnable. you may change your auto-renewal preferences in your lafuhqe account, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription or upgrade plan period. if you allow your subscription to lapse, your lafuhqe product(s) will not ship. if you allow your upgrade plan to lapse, your product(s) will not ship. subscription and upgrade plan pricing is subject to change. new pricing takes effect upon the renewal of your subscription or upgrade plan. promotional subscription pricing, if available, is subject to verification of eligibility. to make changes to, cancel, or pause your subscription, it is your responsibility to log into your account and make the necessary modifications prior to the renewal date.
cancel or modify a subscription
!!!we are not responsible for cancelling subscriptions on your behalf!!! sending an email request is not a guarantee that your subscription will be canceled by the time you specify in your email because we are not responsible for canceling subscriptions and we do not have the manpower to manually cancel subscriptions. all manual subscription requests will result in a $20 USD administration charge. no exceptions!!! if your subscription order was placed automatically and you send an email requesting it to be canceled, a $20 USD cancellation fee will apply to the order. if the order has already been packaged and shipped, we will not cancel the subscription. opening a chargeback for a subscription order that was shipped and received and not canceled by you prior to the order being placed will result in a reversal of the chargeback and you will be banned from reordering! if you cancel your subscription and choose to start another subscription at a later date, we cannot guarantee that the product/shipping pricing you had previously locked in will still be available.
